I am not sure I ever believe the claims of wait loss in a pill.  That doesn’t however stop me from being amazed at all the weight loss pills out on the market. The new phosphacore fat burner pill is something that I have to say I had never seen before.  The claim is  this:

Phosphacore a weight loss supplement from Applied Nutritional Research claims it will “dissolve 7 lbs and 2 inches of abdominal fat every week.” I don’t think I would get my hopes that high.

That seems like an awful lot to me. I know extreme weight loss is possible in a short amount of time since I have been on a low carb diet, but that doesn’t mean it came from a bottle. That was exercise and a big change in my diet. Anyway you look at it though if you are willing to buy the pills and look for a miracle make sure you talk to your doctor first.
