I use Gro Baby for my 3 month old (she's 15 lbs) and my 18 month old (21 lbs). They are one size so they fit them both. The Gro Babies were a little bulky on my newborn but she was barely 5 lbs. at birth. The bulkiness didn't bother me too much but we also had Swaddlebee's and they were not very bulky at all and they are soooo soft! Gro Baby works best for us now though and if I had bought only them I would have only bought diapers once, in theory ;). Good luck and congrats on your little one!

cloth diapers work best with accessories such as cloth diaper liners and cloth diaper inserts, or doublers, to add absorbency."If you buy quality diapers, this is not necessarily true. You MAY need doublers, but don't count on it. It depends on how heavily you baby wets. Also, liners, inserts and doublers are all the same thing! Seems like a bit of an overblown article to me.
